As a dance artist working at the intersection of art, adventure, and wellness Lauren's movement style is a blend of strength, softness and expansion.
She seeks to inspire a sense of joy and freedom through movement, celebrating the bodies and planet we get to call home through Dance, Yoga and white-water kayaking.
She has taught Dance and Yoga professionally for over a decade in studios, gyms, public parks and private homes and loves finding innovative ways to share her love and knowledge of movement, especially outside.
